A Note from the Owner:
Now, more than ever, we feel that mental health and wellness needs to be a focus in our communities. We created our retreats to cultivate a connection to nature, self and loved ones and know that this will continue to be something important during these times.
We have extremely high cleaning regiments and have implemented spacial distancing guidelines for those using our common areas.
We want our community to know that we’re here for everyone and are committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment in alignment with social distancing but also connection to nature and to self (i.e. mental well being).
We offer outdoor spacial distanced Yoga+Meditation Classes (open to the public) each Saturday at 8AM and Sunday at 9AM. We also offer breakfast by our personal Chef Rebecca each Saturday & Sunday at 9 AM in the gardens.
