GLOW Yoga - 60 minutes (9:00-10:00) All-levels flow yoga that evokes peace, grace, and connection to breath, body, and self.
ALIVE Meditation - 30 minutes (10:15-11:45) For anyone with a heartbeat. Beginning with a calming and centering guided meditation, Kate helps students tap into their inner peace and appreciate the simple joy of being alive.
This class is held at 13 Acres Retreat located at 802 Bell Springs Road in Dripping Springs, Texas. 13 Acres is a meditation and mindfulness retreat center with glamping cabins and beautiful gardens created for guests and class attendees to come to unwind and be one with nature.
Our classes are taught by our world class yoga and meditation instructor Kate Manser. Kate is a certified yoga and meditation teacher who has studied in Japan, France, Indonesia, India, and the US. She believes life is meant to be enjoyed — every single moment.
We provide mats or feel free to bring your own.
Hot teas will be provided complimentary before class as well.
We host class regardless of weather condition unless there is lightening. Becoming one with nature means we accept and celebrate all the conditions as they are. Please dress per weather conditions so that you can remain comfortable during this outside event.
